My stone order was cut to my specifications, was as beautiful as the sample, and arrived EARLY. Customer service was fabulous. When I picked up the order and asked how best to care for it on a day my salesperson was out, another employee sat me down, explained all the maintenance do's and don'ts (I had already paid for it, so no sale was expected) in a polite and positive manner. I came here after having an unbelievably bad experience with a different tile showroom, so my expectations were pretty low. I was pleasantly surprised -- CTD really got it right on my order.

In case you haven't noticed, no one stocks anything any more. You go into a lighting store, you pick out some lights, they're like, yeah we can order it, 4 - 6 weeks. Gee. Isn't that what the Internet is for?

At Ceramic Tile Design, they have it. Or they can get it for you. Fast. I picked out my tile for my new bathroom on a Thursday - by Tuesday it was delivered. Oops, I didn't order the right amount. No problem. By next Thursday, I had more tile.

It's a beautiful showcase of a place, putting some of those San Francisco places to shame. And the service is impeccable. This is the kind of place that will survive this downturn because they know what to do serve their customers.

Great inventory, great service. We were able to pull together several unique bathrooms by working with Paul, the showroom manager. There were some high-end tiles we couldn't live without, and in other cases, we were able to replicate the look of pieces that were out of our range. Paul and his crew worked with us to get everything we needed, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
